OUR BUILDING

Queen’s Quay terminal in an iconic building rich with history. Originally constructed in 1926 as a dry storage facility known as the Toronto Terminal Warehouse. At the time, it was one of the largest buildings in the country. The Queen’s Quay Terminal was converted into a mixed-use building in 1983, at which time the theatre was established on its third floor.  It was one of Toronto’s first conversions of a former industrial building to a mixed use commercial, residential and retail complex.
