We are entitled to implement ticket purchase limits per person or account holder, per credit card or otherwise (and either per performance or for the entire run of a show). When we impose ticket limits, we will post the details on our ticketing website (www.terminaltheatre.ca). If you violate these limits, we may at our sole discretion cancel any or all orders or tickets. We may also prohibit you from making future purchases.

Any tickets canceled due to violating the posted ticket limit may be refunded at face value (excluding fees). This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, or other personal information.

SERVICE CHARGES, TAXES AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FEE

Please be aware that tickets purchased by phone or online are subject to service charges that may vary from event to event. The Terminal Theatre does not include service charges on purchases made at the box office.

Service charges will be displayed as part of the complete ticket price when selecting your seats, on the purchase page and the confirmation page of our website.  When purchasing tickets by phone our team will advise you of the service charges prior to completing your purchase.

Each ticket includes 13% HST and a Capital Improvement Fee (CIF) of $2.50.  We use this fee to support the ongoing upgrades to the theatres’ technical resources.

YOUR TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENCE TO ATTEND A SPECIFIC EVENT

As the holder of a valid ticket you will be admitted to the theatre on the condition that you agree to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and the rules of sale set out herein. Any violation of these terms will entitle The Toronto Stage Company and the Terminal Theatre to, as applicable, seize or cancel the ticket, withdraw the license granted, refuse admission and/or expel a ticket holder, in each case without payment of any refund or other compensation.

Your ticket is a personal, revocable license. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets may not be honoured. The ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or for any other trade purposes.

If the event you are attending has reserved seating, you must occupy your assigned seat, and you may not move to other locations in the theatre without permission.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

This will apply regardless of whether the error occurred because of human error or a technical malfunction of the ticketing system.

If a refund is processed in error, or a refund exceeds the original amount paid, we reserve the right to recharge the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

TICKET DELIVERY

Your tickets will be delivered by mail, accessed through your online account, or picked up at The Terminal Theatre box office. Your ticket will reflect the face value of the ticket and CIF (Capital Improvement Fund). Any applicable order fees or taxes and/or service charges will appear where applicable.

Mailing fees and/or additional event fees may not be broken out on the ticket, which means the prices on the ticket may not add up to the total paid on the payment confirmation.
