Ticketing and Seating

All guests must have a ticket to enter the theatre. 

Your tickets were emailed to you when purchased. You can print off the email or just bring your phone and show the email at the door. NEW tickets can now be added to Apple or Google wallets!

The balcony and rows D through M in the orchestra are stair access only. Rows A, B, N and Boxes can be accessed without stairs. 

There are only 2 aisles in the Orchestra. There are no aisle on the outside of the seats.

Please be in your seat by the start time for the show.

Infants 2 years of age and under will not be admitted.

Latecomers: Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable time in the performance as determined by the production. You may be seated in a seat at the back of the theatre or in the balcony to not disturb other audience members. All performances will proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. Please plan to arrive early.


Doors Open: The lobbies typically open approximately 60 minutes prior to show time.

No outside food or drinks are permitted in the venue (water is okay).

Cashless: We are a cashless venue. Our concessions can accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Interac, VISA Debit, MasterCard Debit.

Concessions: Concessions are open for your enjoyment throughout the evening. All items can be consumed in the lobbies as well as in the theatre. Following the performance the lobby will typically remain open for your enjoyment.

Coat Check: Coat check is available in the lower lobby – $3.00 per item. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve bases. Mobility devises can be stored in coat check at no cost.

Getting Here

Location: The Terminal Theatre is located inside the Queens Quay Terminal Building 207 Queens Quay West,  3rd Floor (please use the South elevators to access the 3rd floor)

Transit: We area short walk from Union station via the York Street exit. Or take the 509/510 streetcar to the Harbourfront stop, directly in front of our building.

Parking

There are various parking lots in the neighborhood. The closest lot is next door at Harbourfront Centre, accessed at Lower Simcoe and Queen Quay. The Terminal Theatre recommends booking convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation’s leading parking reservations app.
