DanceWorks

DanceWorks is a community-rooted, artist-centred platform for choreographic presentation based in Toronto, Canada. We present rigorous, embodied choreographic work grounded in artistic process and lived experience, approaching performance as a shared act of presence and meaning-making. Through a curatorial practice rooted in trust, care, and critical attention, DanceWorks fosters conditions for artists and audiences to engage across differences – honouring the past, responding to the present, and supporting the ongoing vitality and evolving definition of contemporary dance.
