Opened in 1983 as The Premiere Dance Theatre and later known as The Fleck Dance Theatre, The Terminal Theatre is Toronto’s only theatre purpose built for dance. Closed in March 2025, The Toronto Stage Company acquired the theatre and reopened it in December 2025 with Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre’s annual production of WINTERSONG. The Terminal Theatre is a two-level proscenium theatre with a double sprung stage. The Theatre seats 446 and is available for use by performing arts communities, corporate events, filming and broadcast.
